Project Overview

MyMediaPlanner is made specifically for corporate influencers, teams and the people who run social media as a “done-for-you” service for clients. It takes them from “we should really post more” to a repeatable plan-write-record-schedule workflow, with AI assistance throughout — and the collaboration features a team or agency actually needs.

The Challenge

Consistency is where most people fail — not for lack of ideas, but because writing and scheduling every post is friction. The product had to lower that friction dramatically with AI-assisted drafting while keeping the human in control of the final voice.

The Approach & Solution

  • AI post assistant — generate and refine drafts tailored to the user’s niche.
  • Content calendar — plan and visualise what goes out and when.
  • Asset management — store and reuse images and media alongside the posts they belong to.
  • Built-in teleprompter — read your script straight off the screen to make recording videos quick and natural.
  • Groups — organise work in groups so teams and done-for-you agencies can manage multiple clients or brands in one place.
  • Scheduling — queue posts and publish across channels automatically.

A React frontend backed by a PHP/Symfony API, with LLM integration for content generation. Scheduled publishing runs on a queue/cron worker layer, and integrations with social platform APIs handle delivery; MySQL stores plans, drafts and schedules. The AI does the heavy lifting on the first draft, but the user always keeps the final say on tone and wording.

What’s Next

  • iOS app — a native iOS companion app is on the way, so planning and posting work from the phone too.
